Service was phenomenal! I never been in a Pandora store where everyone was dressed in unison. Everyone looked so pretty and very presentable.

The sales associate, Liz, was knowledgeable about the products and was patient with me as I made decisions. I was pleased to come on a day where there was a free gift offer for a high-quality bracelet. Although the store was busy, I didn't feel rushed or pressured.

The saleswoman was wonderful. Patient, knew products, etc. Was initially off put by the line outside but it turned out to be a better way to control who was next. Love my bracelet.
