A bracelet I previously purchased had the clasp break off, I was pleased that the bracelet was replaced. The sales associate, Terrise was very helpful and informed me of a few other items that she thought I would be interested in. She is always pleasant and helpful whenever I come into the store.

The sales associate was very helpful. She helped make my bracelet look very chic gave it the add touch it needed. She was very intuitive to my personality and what I liked right away, that made a huge impression on me.
