We were greeted as soon as we enter. We could not find on display what we were looking for but the sales person knew exactly what we wanted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The sale associated was very knowledgeable and kind her attention to detail was very impressive. She took her time showed me different charms and let me know there was a store promotion going on. Her work habits are a reflection of good work ethics.

I was greeted when I came into the store and explained what I was looking for. Although I didn't know the name of the charm, the sales person understood what it was and was able to locate the charm immediately. She asked if I wanted to look at other charms and asked how many bracelets I had. I appreciated she didn't try to up-sell me on another bracelet.
