Because they was very friendly when we walk in and greeted us. They wish my middle daughter congraduations when we told then what we cam3 in their for. Also they made sure that was in tune with wjatbshe wanted and make sure they went over an beyond for them.

The check out process when using coupons or email offers is a trial in patience for both the store employee and the customer. I do not know why the little pads seize up when I try and use one of these but it might be time to call your IT folks in and check on store computers.
