So as I walked in the store the ring I wanted to Purchase was in the show case directly in front of the store ... the sales woman walk right up to me help me select a ring and checked me out with a Beautiful wrap gift all in 20:00mins.. i experienced a polite sales person and quick service .. LOVE IT!!

The people were really nice and helpful. They told me deals they had and also gave me a booklet to look at more options. I got the my purchase with ease.

I was really weak at time with little depression do to health issue from the time I step in store I was created so kindly from Dulce she got me the help I need plus with my purchase from 2 other associates Terisse and Emellia these 3 ladies made my day I became happy didn't pain because they were kind and helpful I didn't expect that.......they were awesome I could say plenty more..... I love the Rose Gold and I have a bracelet since the the very 1st time they came out so I had to go back and get the matching ring and earrings, which I'm so in love with.

Terrise is AMAZING!!! She's very knowledgeable and know how to WOW you with some of the designs she puts together on any bracelet.

The sales associate was able to accommodate me and was very patient was I kept trying different items and changing my mind. I also liked how most of the items I saw online, such as the charms, were also in the store.
