Pandora in the Christiana Mall is a well kept store. Very clean., The Assistance I received help me make a great choice in charms and showing how the appearance looks on my bracelet. I'm going this weekend. I'm very excited the different styles along with the comfort of the help keep me coming back. looking forward to the new bracelet coming out March 15th.

The quality and quantity makes my experience satisfying the pricing is fair also. The sale associates knowledge of merchandise and getting a great feel for the consumers interest helps with the personal adventure. The attention to detail & recommendations is rewarding.

IN THE PAST I HAVE BOUGHT CHARMS FOR ONE OF MY BESTIES. SHE RECENTLY BOUGHT ME A BRACELET WITH A CHARM. THIS IS MY FIRST PANDORA BRACELET SO I WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY MORE CHARMS FOR ME. I LOVED THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM "SIMI". SHE WAS REALLY FRIENDLY AND PATIENT WITH ME(I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO OPEN THE BRACELET OR CHARMS). SHE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS...IT WAS A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE AND BECAUSE OF HER I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND I AM ALSO RECOMMENDING OTHERS.

I went to your store and Christiana Mall and the sales associate that helped me her name is Simm this is the second encounter with her is she always been good with her service and helping me pick out certain items she's a great person.

I had an issue from a previous purchase in Las Vegas (palazzo store). The sales associate there was unfamiliar with my bangle and subsequently broke the clasp on my limited edition ‘forever in your heart’ bangle. It opened without my knowledge and was lost. The Christiana store did not hesitate to replace it although it could not be the same because the edition is no longer available. I am sad that my original bracelet was damaged by an associate who clearly didn’t know the merchandise but my experience st Christiana was above and beyond my expectation.
