When I came into pandora to purchase a bracelet and some charms for my birthday , hey song happy birthday to me in proceed to helping me find the perfect charms.!

The staff was very friendly not just to me but to my kids never had that type of experience before and this was my very first time at any Pandora store so I definitely will be returning

I've gone back to the same store several times and experience the most courteous, smiling associates. There is new merchandise coming out all the time. I always enjoy suggestions helping me make up my mind.

I love Pandora I was there for an exchange. But of course I made a fantastic purchase Completely happy with Pandora. My husband was with me and he maybe your biggest fan How about this. I like this or that. And the sales associate was just wonderful.

Customer service was quick and kind. Though the store was busy and shortly closing I didn't feel rushed at all.
