I love my Pandora bracelets One of my silver bracelets snapped when I was putting it on and when I went to the store I was advised that they would replace it at no cost I was very very happy with the service and bought an additional charm that day as well as will use this discount to go back and buy two more The wait time was long just because the store is always so busy and the reps take their time with the customers to help make selections so I have no complaints about waiting
