I was highly satisfied with my experience because the sale s associate was very helpful because i was showing her my bracelet while was there to purchase one for my daughter. the sales associate let me know that my bracelet wasn't suppose to be as big as it was and let me know that I could exchange it for a smaller size. I really appreciated that.

I was satisfied that the sales associate was patient while I wavered back and forth between charms. She was willing to double check and make sure that the items I was interested in were not in store. She also helped recommend which pieces went together the best.
