The staff was very friendly and very experienced.

I was greated when I came in the door by the Manager, I was looking at the rings and the manager noticed I was looking for a thumb ring and showed me the ones that they had in my size that weren't on display. Her suggestions were very helpful as I was just going to go look at something else and forget about looking for a ring.

The sales person was so wonderful and helpful. As a brand new customer she helped me with so much with making the right decisions regarding what charms would work together. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful.

I went in the store for a specific item. The sales consultant assisting me engaged me in conversation regarding the Pandora items she was wearing and I liked her combination of necklaces and bracelets I ended up purchasing a necklace also.

They had the item I was interested in stock. The sales associate was helpful. I was able to try on and see the items in person.

Sales associate was organized and friendly. She showed great salesmanship without being salesy. Additionally, she worked to please me, the customer.

My wait time was minimal, the sales associate Shareena was very patient with me and gave me suggestions. Was happy to said to NOT store the charm in the box! I never knew that.

The associate with knowledge and knew exactly what I was looking for and she was friendly Janes kept a smile on her face the entire time
