I wanted a music themed charm, however was having trouble locating any music type in the “Charm Book”. The employee helping me, while she was finding another Charm i was interested in looking at, found a charm with headphones also! - i was thrilled and bought both!

Staff is very Friendly. Had exactly what I was shopping for. Staff helping each other.

One thing I did like about the whole situation was the lady let us take our time even even though it was Black Friday and there was a long line but we were there for a long time and she didn't rush us at all I was really surprised
