I was highly satisfied cause I got what I liked. The person who took care of me was very pleasant. The lady was very helpful. The experience is always great whenever I go in to the store. I will be back,alot of people in my family have Pandora bracelets so I'm always in the store.

Not a lot in store selection. Price is outrageous, items are overpriced. Items image online very different than they actually are. Pandora items are overrated.

I was not Highly satisfied with my visit because they were unable to fix my necklace which I brought in March on tge Princess Cruise Ship. It was my first Pandora piece. Instead of replacing the necklace they gave me a phone number to call. I felt they should have replaced the piece while I was in the store. Especially since they where not able to fix it.

The item I was looking for was not in stock. I've been looking for a Tigger charm since Christmas and I can't find one ay Pandora. Please bring them back soon.
