I Love Pandora jewelry, especially the bracelet’s, I have 4 now, & will be buying charms for them, I got one yesterday as a gift for Valentine’s Day

My dissatisfied experience is for broken charms. Most of them were the one that hanged. Then to be told they are discontinued. I called the Customer service department they were supposed to send me a return label nothing has come yet.

It was ok

mainly because the reason I went to the store store yesterday was not resolved because I had purchased a charm online for my daughter as a gift and received the wrong one and was told i i had to contact customer service to do the return. so while i was in the store i bought another gift for my sister.

The visit to the store was very pleasant and happy with the saleperson that help me make a good choice

Only, that I wasn't able to get a large O pendant holder due to no more in stock at the store. Would loke to get it at the final sale price when it is able to be in stock at the store again.

Wait in line for almost 1 hr

I was not satisfied with my ordering online of items because it cancelled two parts of my separate online orders which made it not eligible each time for a free bracelet.

I went in with expectations of something I saw years ago. It was not available, so the associate worked hard to sell me on a different idea. Overall, I spent more than I planned.

Great customer service and clean store space.
