I received an email that the buy 2 get 1 free was did not end until 9/28. I got off work went to the Mall fighting Trffic to make sure I got there to get a clip that I needed and to treat my daughter and grand daughter, only to find out the offer ended the night before. I was very disappointed. However, I did purchase my clip, cause I really needed it. I was so, disappointed that I could not treat my family.

I always think that there is alway room for any kind of improvement

When I walked in the store there was two folks there I don’t know what they was doing a stand there and wait I asked him what is the store open they say yes they still haven’t come to me and asked me anything another clerk came out from the back and she helped me I was satisfied with her I wish I would’ve got her name but I didn’t

I come to this location often and the employees never remember who I am. Regardless they always provide exceptional service and I appreciate how I was treated regarding a piece I bought in another state that was defective

I have a couple of bracelets that broke. Pandora cost too much to have the products brake.

I wanted to pick out another bracelet for my daughter and the young lady who was serving me didn't seem to know much, nor did she smile the whole time I was with her. Just very different from the normal service I receive in your store.

This store had more greeters than sales persons

The staff was so friendly. They were very accommodating with my purchase. I just love pandora.
