Over the last four months I have spent $1300 either in the store or on line and this last visit into the store was the worse. The young lady gave me the impression that she didn’t want to be there. I was glad I came knowing what I wanted so I could leave quickly.

The assosiate that helped me was very nice. she was knowledgeable on him questions that I’ve asked. She didn’t just stick to one item she gave me other options

The sales associate really social. I'm use to going to pandora store and the salesperson can show me new things without saying. Also only pulling out what I wanted and not showing me the whole case. I could had brought more but I didn't.

the store could use more available sizings for the items, they could also use more options for necklaces. other than that i was satisfied i was a first time customer.

I came into the store I looked around and saw what I like help me out . Someone came and help me. I was out about 20 minutes later.

The store doesn't seem to be very wheel chair or walker friendly due to the placement of the stores fixtures.

I have been a customer of PANDORA for over 15 years. The quality of the merchandise is great. However the knowledge base of your associates which may be due to turn over on product availability and pricing is not as high as the quality of the product offered by PANDORA. Suggestions: *All items on display have the barcode with price on the bottom of the display pad. (This will avoid the salesperson having to look through multiple books to find the pricing.) ** If the item is not available the salesperson should offer alternatives such as order and ship to, availability at other PANDORA locations. ***50% off sales no product or limited product. This is not acceptable since it is widely advertised and definitely drives the customer in, who leaves disappointed. Stores could have additional items shipped in and on-hand for these events and or alternate locations to refer the customer to.

My bracelet had a strong smell that after several days is still evident. I have had to purchase a separate cleaning kit in hopes that it gets rid of the smell.
