I bought 6 charm gifts ALL THE SAME for 6 different people and i did not get separate gift bags they were all in one bag with six pieces of tissue paper. I have always has separate bags in the past. Is this a new policy?

I ordered the wrong size bracelet. The instructions on the website were a little confusing. The chart shows wrist size equivalent to bracelet size; but when you click on the bracelet size it gives a different wrist size than what is shown on the chart. Any who when I asked for sizing help in the store they gave be a bracelet that fit but didn't have room for additional charms; it was too fitted. All in all I had to return to the store on another visit to get the perfect fit. Thank you Adrianna for EXCELLENT customer service.

I was seeking particular pieces for previously purchased braclet and there weren't many options. I ultimately purchased totally different item other than what I went there for.

I was doing Christmas shopping and when the sales associate told me that if the person didn't like they have 30 days to return. When I put things back it seems as though she was not happy. Don't like the 30 day policy.

The 1st sale assoc was not helpful seemed as if she was not interested in helping me. And I was given a hard time for wanting to use the discount code for being a nurse.
