My overall experience was wonderful. Constance was very helpful and pleasant to work with I enjoyed my visit. The one thing that I'd like to recommend and found a problem when selecting charms was how the pricing for the charms are looked up. It takes time away from the customer and visiting customer awaiting service to have to look the prices up in your booklets. To save time, just a suggestion how come you can't place the pricing barcode directly on the back of the charm in the case. This way the charm price can be scanned without looking up in the booklet. It would save tons of time and you would have more time to wait on other customers and happier customers too. Especially around the Holidays.

I walked into the store with a few minutes from closing but I was treated like I was the first customer of the day. The sales associate was very friendly.
