The store didn’t have the charms I wanted.

I went there to purchase some red items but there weren’t many in the store to choose from not in red. I chose one red heart one the bracelet was nice but I was looking for more red charms for less than $75.

The sales clerk was not very knowledgeable, of finding and getting the merchandise I asked,about she had to keep asking for assistance .

The girl who was helping me just left and a new lady came to ring me up. The girl did not even say bye or a word why she just left, I had to find out from the lady who finish ringing me up. She already added the items and I felt she could have spend another 5 minutes or less to finish up instead of just leaving without a word.

Sales associates, at least 3 were not waiting on other customers but did not ask if I needed help. Wasn't until an associate, Laura asked if I needed help. I felt the other associates were unprofessional.

Sales associate took her time waiting on me and never acknowledged me until she was done. She seemed uninterested in doing her job

When walking into the store, the sales lady just stared at us until we went up to her. She didn’t ask us if we needed help with anything. She was very quiet and didn’t seem to want to actually sell the product.
