The store was rather busy when I was allowed to enter the store to browse. The greeter was very friendly and welcoming; however, I was in the store for more than 12-15 minutes and never greeted or even told, “someone will be right with you.” I watched at least two associates finish up transactions with customers and walk past me with out even a “hello.” It took me catching an associates attention and asking for help. Takira C was very helpful and made great suggestions to make sure I walked away satisfied. Had it not been for her assistance, I would she walked out of the store with out making my intended purchase.

I had to exchange a bracelet 2 days after I purchased it, because the clasp broke as soon as I opened it.

My bracelet clasp broke. It has been over a year. You can tell that the bracket broke on the clasp. There should be an offer of some kind of warranty instead of just having to purchase another bracelet.

I was not able to pay with a credit/debit card for my purchases, I had to go and withdraw cash from my bank in order to pay for my merchandise.

There was jewelry in almost every showcase and I had to move over myself while about 3 associates talked in a corner . I was not told until the end of my visit when time to pay That the credit card machine was down. Had to walk to a ATM to get cash to pay.

Computer inventory not accurate, stores should be able to mail/transfer, next closest store 19702 to far! Store transfer/ mail needed if they have it.

I was no satisfied because I felt like I was being rushed with my purchase, when I asked if I could have my purchase cleaned as well as my bracelets as well as my ring I had on she acted as if she didn’t want to do it so I didn’t get it clean or my purchase cleaned, very off putting

I was looking @ some items u had on sale such as earrings the patron showed me several pieces , the boxes had one price but she quoted me a higher price ive worked in retail before & I always tried to be fair but she clearly stuck to the higher price I was not satisfied & I left , maybe I’ll try again or will take advantage of items online for the sale price ...
