Everyone in the store was very professional expecting that the person that was helping me. Knowledge of the items I was getting wasn’t sure. And took a while for her to get the information out the book. People around her was very nice

Several items I wanted to purchase were either sold out or could not be located even though the store computer indicated stock was available .

Elly C., was friendly very bubbly and kind. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found it right away. Elly C., was engaged and very professional.

The store was very crowded & I felt rushed & was not able to look around. The sales girl had me look through a catalog & show her what I was interested in when I asked to see the Disney charms. I could have done that myself online! When I asked to see the Pluto charm, she showed me the Disney Dalmation charm instead & I had to show her which one was Pluto. I did however buy the Pluto charm to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale & some cleaner for my bracelet & charms.

There was a long wait to get in. Once inside people being helped already were standing in front of display so I couldn't browse properly

I love pandora, I've had it back then when not a lot of people knew about it. 10 plus years ago and I continue to buy more..I love it.

I was extremely disappointed with the selection of charms. Was not interested in Disney or Star Wars, and the remaining options were limited. Very poor selections for ADULTS!!
