The sale person was very pleasant and helpful. Worked with me while I shopped for charms a gift

The associate I worked with did not actively search for the ring I was looking for. She told me the ring had been discontinued until another associate told her it wasn’t and found it for her. This is all after I showed her the ring on your website to show it wasn’t discontinued.

When in any Pandora they push to much on you. They need to give the customer time to look at things and see what they really like. When a customer comes in with a list that usually mean they are sticking to it

The discounts that I was told I would receive were never applied. I only received 1 discount. The merchandise is overpriced and the Store Manager was not willing to adjust the discount even though I spent over $800.

2 charms that were previously purchased for my daughter were stuck on the bracelet and had to be cut off. The original charms were not in stock so alternatives were selected. This same issue has occurred with my bracelet which is disappointing. The rep did not offer assistance with removal of that charm.

Just always feel room for improvement.

There was not a full selection of item

Staff search twice to find smaller size rose bracelet and also exchange broken charm . Sales staff went above to find product

I came to return a charm that broke but was purchase in 2017 so I couldn't return it but they cleaned my bracelets and I purchased another charm and received a free gift.

The items i was looking for were not in the store. They offered to chck online but i wanted to see it in person. And i don't like waiting for things to vome in mail.
