I was not highly satisfied with my experience because the bracelet that I wanted was not in stock. I ended up getting another bracelet but not truly the bracelet that I wanted.

I wanted to purchase hoop earrings and they only had i pair available, I was not allowed to try on even though I offered to sanitize before and after, I ended up buying them anyway and then was not allowed to use my 10% off being a NEW Pandora customer (only online, is what they said).

Girls were very nice

I was very pleased with the employees and the cleanliness of the store.

Wish selection of rings was higher

Waiting for bracelet took longer than expected. One charm I was interested in was not available and I wasn't shown similar charms, told when the charm I wanted would be available or if I could order it online.

My only issue was my daughter purchased my daughter a charm along with other things, and the 16 came off, we couldn’t find email so i had to purchased all over. I spend a lot of money in this pandora . Not all times they take my email at purchase

I was looking for a certain charm that was not available In the store; I believe it is also sold out online.
