When we ordered the charm it was stated they did not have it which was fine, when we got there we found it and they then sold it to us. We looked further at other products that we were told were on sale and rang up full price, the prices were not shown to us and the sales rep was new, missing the error.

Many of the items online are as not in the store or didn’t have in my size!

Didn't have the charm I wanted, was told I would have to go to New Orleans to get the Mardi Gras charm.... All Pandora stores should carry a bigger selection. I was buying as a gift.. Also always looking Harley Davidson pieces...

My husband works in Rehoboth Beach. It is easier to visit that location than the one at Christiana Mall. We were on our way back from King of Prussia when we decided to stop in.

Actually, I am now experiencing a debit on my account bc they did the transaction twice bc your sales machine wasn't working correctly. I'm now waiting for the pending status to go away and my funds be returned to my account. It's weird they say it didn't go through, yet it is debited from my account. We'll see, if not credited in 3 days I will definitely be back to the store. But I love my items.

I would prefer from you to have more valuable rings with colored stones. For sure the quality is very good for the price but something sparkling is missing

The only thing I didn't like so much was that you did not have charms and rings I like in my size. The girl who helped was great.

I was looking for more industry-related charms of which you did not have and it was hard to really find what I wanted

It's the first time I buy in this store and everything perfect if it wasn't for that I bought online later and they didn't give me my 10% off promised everything would be great😏😏
