I visited the store in Delaware yesterday which is over an hour away from me. I had ordered a ring online and needed to exchange it for a smaller size. I had called the Pandora customer service first and had received the most terrible service ever. The first agent I spoke to refused to send me a return label via email, said she could only mail it to me which was a lie because the second agent emailed me the label right away. The first agent was also very rude, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they were all that day and then when I asked to get their name.. She said was connecting my call with their supervisor and placed me on hold. My local store didn't have the ring in my size, so I chose to travel to another state and buy it from the store. In store, you may have to wait get a hold of a sales associate but at least they're nice. I expect Pandora to have high standards for their customer service.

Store was clean and associates eager to help. The return was easy and purchase of new product easier. Great experience overall.

I think because the crowd due to the holiday season made the experience just satisfactory. The service from the sales person was great!

Sales Associate was wonderful and helpful, but the merchandise was not very organized and the piece I wanted to purchase was not available so I had to get something else. Seemed as though things were picked over and there was stuff everywhere and not organized for her to be able to find things easily.

I was just satisfied with my pandora experience because I waited for about 20 minute for an employee to come out of the back room to help me. I was there around opening time at 10am. I didn’t care that much about the wait it is what it is. The experience was extremely quick and by the book. The associate that helped me in store was knowledgeable about my situation despite me being told something completely different over the phone.

Sales associate was friendly and professional. However, I'm not 100% sure I enjoy the presentation of the store. I feel like I am in Vegas. Also the store often gets a limited supply of many of your charms. I had to wait year before getting the dream catcher and some Disney charms. I am excited about the Harry Potter line, but feel I will miss them because I know they most likely will be out of stock before I make it in. I greatly enjoy your company, but I do not feel the "charm" or uniqueness of the store any more.

My husband bought a bracelet at Christmas for me and every time we add a charm it gets tighter so I finally made the decision to go buy a lpmger bracelet and the sales person says you know you can't exchange it. I never said I wanted to exchange I only said I need a longer one.
