Sales associate did not know how to do something and asked for help from the lead sales. The lead sales berated her in front of us instead of fixing the problem and then pulling the sales associate aside to tell her privately what she did wrong. It made us very uncomfortable to have to listen to this.

The store was a little bit too hot inside it looks like your air-conditioners were down and had two big units in there trying to cool the place down I understand that Really did not have too much product to look at in the Display cases had to ask the lady to bring more out to see what you actually have And I think some of the charms were way overpriced I can see if you had real diamonds in some of them for that kind of prices

I purchased a pandora cleaning kit, the box was ripped, I didn’t notice until I took it out the package when I got home. I won’t be able to use it, I had to throw it away, very disappointed.

Would have liked more variety in the type of product I was looking for

The selection of items I was interested in was limited

When I arrived, I was greeted immediately but since I wasn't ready at that exact moment with my decision on what I was . to purchase, the sales person helped another customer. She said she would be right back to help but after a good 10-15 minutes, she was still helping the other customer and I was waiting for assistance with my two impatient children. In the end, the other salesperson finished with her customer and helped me instead.

There were many pieces that were out of stock that I was interested in purchasing. There was a sale going on and there should have been more availability of merchandise instead of leaving the store with out of stock items.

Price is high

I waited around 30 minutes until someone assist me with my returning. Just one of the associates cared about the people entering and leaving the store because they were giving up to wait. The other associate even talked to me when I arrived and stood beside her during the whole time.

The customer service was great. She answered all my questions. She was fast and friendly. She made sure my daughter was satisfied with her pandora bracelet and charms.
