Pandora didnt have the bead that I returned that was damaged. But offered a different one for more money. And not a option to get me the original.

When my daughter and I walked in we weren’t greeted by any associate. We were looking for rings and 3 associates were just standing there talking to each other in front of us and still didn’t speak to us. I finally had to ask for help so that they could give my daughter the right size ring. Customer service wasn’t great at all the associate acted like she didn’t want to help us.

The wait was way too long . I thought I would be in and out I knew exactly what I wanted. But other customers not knowing what they wanted held others up to see an associate. Although when it became my turn it was a smooth transaction!

I was satisfied with my purchase because it was a Christmas gift. The price i wasn’t too happy about but i was thankful. I’m always thankful for the girl that helped my boyfriend on the purchase .
