I would have liked to have more choices. A couple of the charms were out of stock

3 items that I wanted was not in stock. If an item is a hot seller they should order more especially around the holidays

The wait time to be helped is quite long. There should be a way for the girl taking names to help when no one else is coming in. I get that a lot of these customers need time to look and look and look some more. But when they take your name if you know exactly what you want and all they have to do is get it and ring you up. There should be an express lane.

It was black Friday and the line didn't move for 45 minutes

I had to ask for assistance and there was a employee who was just standing around and never greeted me upon entering

Nothing spectacular happened during my visit.

The store is a little cramped. Associate seemed to be new and not know as much as I would have liked.

The price set for charms is a bit high.

There was one charm I wanted to see and it took awhile for the associate to locate it since it was not in the tray it was supposed to be located in

The bracelet i wanted they didn't have it in the color i wanted.
