Whilst the staff were exceptional, I felt the variety available in store was lacking. The ring I liked wasn't available in my size, nor the charms I liked from the June Catalog.

While I was being assisted, the sales person stopped to talk to someone (it appeared it was a store employee who was in the store on her off day) right in the middle of choosing the charms I wanted. She didn’t apologize or excuse herself. I didn’t really like that but outside of that my shopping experience was fine.

The associate did not really seem happy to be at work. She seemed to have sometimes difficulties to understand me. I am French but I have more than ten years of international business trips and interaction with people both from UK and USA. That was a bit rude.

Upon my visits the associates took a while to tend to me. Although there were other customers, even after their transactions were complete I waited for some time to be tended to. Perhaps another staff part time to assist would be helpful.
