Clerk was impatient that I couldn’t make a quick decision. Store was not crowded at time and I didn’t feel as though I were holding anyone up.

What I wanted couldn't have charms on it

My bracket was stolen. I went to get the same charms and found out one was discontinued. And when I bought my charms the first time they were on sale.

I purchased a bracelet on Friday in Las Vegas Mccarran Airport on Friday March 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM by the time I landed in NY at 9:00 PM my bracelet was broken. I took the bracelet to the store in the mall in Delaware and my bracelet was replaced. The sales people i encountered were amazing I was just disappointed that my bracelet broke so quickly. I have never had this type of problem with your product.

Tuve que esperar mucho tiempo para ser atendido, la chica que parece ser la manager apenas si me saludó y casi como si estuviera molesta, muy seria. Luego de esperar un buen rato y al ver que atendían a una pareja que llegó después de mi, le dije a la manager que si se demoraba mucho con su cliente ya que yo tenía que ir a trabajar; luego de eso fue que la otra chica (Christine) finalmente me atendió, ella si muy amable y sonriendo.

My bracelet broke and they didn’t have the same one to exchange it for. Had to get a different one. They said it was the exact same size. Well it wasn’t. Way too small. Have to go exchange again.

In one of the displays showed a charm and a necklace and price was 75 when went to get it was almost 110 those were not a set and the charm and necklace had to be purchased separately but that was not how it was displayed

The store didn’t have what I wanted, A new red lether bracelet, but I bought something else at the end. Overall it’s good. :)

I was not highly satisfied because nobody offered to help me, when the lady did help she got exactly what I asked for but had wrong me up for the wrong price. And didn’t believe that I had the right price for my item.
