I was looking for a specific charm in reference to the military and I didn't find any until I left the store and was able to purchase a the charm I wanted from another vendor.

The sales person was not knowledgeable about the product and she was rude!!

Not enough associates to assist the number customers in the store. Also items desired were out of stock

the store was really small and crowded, other thank that it was ok. also there was no seating area, was with a 8 and 11 year old who wanted to sit when I shop and couldn't. there were too many charms and it was my first time there so it did take a while for me to choose.

Associates were confused as to who was next in line as no one asked me to put my name down to be on the list. Also the store associates don't seem to be friendly.

The free bangles were not in my size

I felt as if I waited too long and I wasn’t acknowledged. I waited so long, I even left to go to the bathroom and came back.

Sales associate knew nothing. Didn’t know the layout of the book to scan the barcode. Also didn’t know layout of where charms where in store.
