I was ignored the entire time I was in the store. I had to seek help and then felt like a burden. If I didn’t need what I was in to get I would have left and not made a purchase. The environment was far from welcoming and comfortable.

Not enough employees to help had to wait a long time and the merchandise that I purchased was not the right size.

Had a return. Purchased 2 options of charms as a gift. Had the receipt not to mention online detail of the initial purchase. Needed to bring the option I did not gift back. Past 30 days were not very helpful in giving me what my options were, kept telling me what I couldn’t do. Management did not come speak to me, talked ABOUT me with sales associate across the store as if I wasn’t standing right there. Not very professional, or courteous.

Usually my experience in Christiana Mall store is Excellent. This visit wasn't the sales associate wasn't very polite at all. When I go back she definitely won't be the person that I go to!!!

The person that was helping us was not friendly. She looked like she didn’t want to help us Barely spoke to us. I also asked to get my chain charms clean they looked like they never got clean. Worst service I had.

The sale lady not friendly and it mess up your whole day. The I bought for my daughter don’t look like in the book . The box looks pink but the charm look beige. I just hope my daughter like it.

The sales clerks were entirely too noisy joking around with each other that it was difficult to hear what our clerk was saying. Not professional at all the way they conduct their behavior. It was hard to concentrate with all this noise and it never stopped during my time in store making my selection and purchase. Doubt that I will ever comE back. Can’t imagine what it’s like Gwen other customers are there. I was only customer there

Online pay and pick up was not working. I explained this to the sales rep that I want to be able to use my coupon an she said okay an they did not honor it. Im very upset
