Store Manager could have been more pleasant. She was not trying to show us the product and trying to rush us out the store since we exchanged a charm. When there was only us and another customer there.

The associates when i visit the store the day before and this visit did not seem friendly. Not really helpful at all rather order online then do business with them. I asked a girl about a certain item she answered my question and got right back on her phone.

This is the second time I walked in the store and associate discriminated against me. She said the bracelet I asked for is a little......and I had to pull out my other Pandora’s to prove to her I’m a regular. Then asked are you using the Pandoras Credit Card. Had no idea they had a credit card. I usually won’t spend money there unless a certain sales rep is there. So hope she gets it together.

My overall experience with pandora is not that great. I’m still hopeful for better experiences in the future if I’m willing to purchase with them again.

The lights are blazing it was crowded.I think spending the amount of cash,Pandora can offer a small bottle of water.It became very hot there.

It was supposed to be a 50 percent off sale & my purchase didn’t reflect the 50 percent off. I also, went to another store & brought 4 more charms & I didn’t see the 50% off. A bit disappointing but I had already selected my items, so I just payed

The sales associate's knowledge of the jewelry. And the unnecessary wait for what the sales associate needed to handle my return and purchase, when clearly there was an available register. I felt that, if the associate were more knowledgeable of the jewelry and storage I would have spent a little less time in the store. I was there in the same spot so long, who I thought was the store manager, came over inconspicuously to see what was happening. I did take into consideration the holiday season, but what I was there for should not have taken as long as it did.

I always frequently visit this store and the salespersons are always very friendly and helpful. This visit the salesperson was not as friendly as I am accustom to.

I shopped online for pricing then went to the store where item was available so I could get it right away. Prices were not the same for the last chance item even thought it was the same merchandise. Associate askes manager is store prices were same as online she said yes then when she saw online price was lowere she said no and that they are not associated with the online pandora site. So, feeling a bit lied to and taken advantage of money wise.
