The quality of service was poor. There was no greeting when I entered the store and it seemed as though I was interrupting a gossip session at the time of my arrival. If it weren’t for the fact that I needed to purchase my present for my mother in law, I would have waited to go to King of Prussia.

There were two sales persons and there were 7 customers waiting in line. We waited for approximately 25 minutes to be assisted. The sales associate was very nice, but the time waiting was just crazy! Just thought I would share.

When I got home my second charm was not added to my bracelet for the 30% discount Your sales clerk did not add the second charm to my bracelet. So I was charged more money instead of the discount for the second charm which was 30% off.

Everytime I go into the Pandora store, for some reason I’m met with blank stares. There are always employees huddled in a circle chit chatting away and look over their shoulder to stare. One employee that was ‘helping’ me kept telling me they were out of stock of 4 out of 7 things I pointed to only to be found later.first employee had no knowledge of where the rose gold items were. Other person was spread thin (she seemed like the manager) so help was rushed.I’m paying for full service I thought. The first associate slapped me the catalog and said the price are in the book so let her know if I’m ready to purchase. Second associate was very cordial but extremely robotic and fake. I did not show my discontent, I just know I’m never buying Pandora again. The items are overpriced which I thought was partially because of packaging and service costs that comes with the item but my goodness. I can’t help but notice that the only girl working was the manager and the rest looked like they were just having a good time.

The associate that greeted me was not very pleasant at all. So my expectation was not the best from that encounter. Also the associate that serviced me did a very poor job of assuring me in a decision. The experience was not good at all.

I thought the store was extremely understaffed. Also, I respect that you have your sales staff advertise your product by wearing the items, however, the sales woman I had, must've had on 30 - 40 bracelets and charms per arm, it was an awful mess and kept clanking against your glass cases. When I got home, my daughter asked me if I saw the rose gold collection, as she thought I would've bought a piece from that collections for her sister vs. what I bought since I spent so much, but I wasn't even aware that you had rose gold pieces. No one did any suggestive selling, or introduction of any additional pieces. Now I have to go back to the mall, which I hate, do a return and purchase something different. NOT HAPPY!!

There was only two workers in the store and there was a lot of customers in the store I spent an hour in this store

Customers were made to wait outside the store. Then they were made to wait inside the store for their name to be called. I knew what I wanted but had to wait 30 minutes for someone to assist. There were a few indecisive people in front of me who were not prepared to check out when their name was called. Come up with a better system.

Sales associate was very cold and not welcoming. Looks like she is not happy with her job. Pandora should bring happy sales employees on front.
