My kids went ahead in the store before me, when I say kids they are 11, 16, and 18. My 18 year old was helped at an okay pace. My other two however were not even greeted and just stood there for the 5-10 minutes before I got there before they were acknowledged at all. My son got his merchandise there but my daughter was so turned off she refused after that.

What I went into the store for was not available. The salesperson was not friendly at all and showed no interest in assisting me

Went to the store because one of my bangle broke in half. In the past when I had an issue with any piece it was replaced free of charge. The associate was extremely rude and said we can only replace if it in one year. Why would you even have to replace if it was quality jewelry. The entire experience from the lack of professionalism to the product knowledge to the cleaning of my 2 other pieces was horrible. Train your people better.

The lines were long to enter the store. Ppl were taking over an hr to make selections. Ppl were just really unaware. The staff was friendly & doing their best but, ppl ruin everything. We had our children wait outside the store * they are older and I looked online so I knew what I wanted. Total time in store 10mins. Total time in line 45mins.

Sales associates didn’t know about offer what was in the store, looking it the catalogue to fine what I wanted it, was interesting to offer anything… I could have shop on line, if I couldn’t get any help 🤷🏻♀️

I was charged for an extra charm. I left the store a voicemail but I couldn't go back. I purchase 3 bracelets. 2 with 3 charms each and 1 with 2 charms. I also bought a single charm. I was charged for 2. The temp tray she used had something affixed to it and I believe she erroneously scanned it.

I drove an hour to pick up a Brazil charm that was available for in store pickup. When I hit there no one could find the charm and when I asked them yo order it got me they told me the online customer service center was closed it was 5pm. I left the store and was s le to reach some one at the 800# so the Assistant Manager on top of not really looking for my charm lied about customer service being closed. I will never shop there adding!!!

Usually when I make a purchase they would ask if I would like the charms put on or placed in a bag and they did neither.
