When I came into the store to purchase a charm. I asked about what type of bracelets worked with this particular charm. I associate was snotty and told me pandora. I then stated I wanted to know about the hard bracelets, she then rolled her eyes and walked away. Crappy customer service

No one was in store but me when I walked into the store I walked around the store several times and still no greet I had to ask if anyone was available and the both said yes

I walked into the store and a sales rep was working with a customer, she asked me to wait. Another sales rep walked over about 10 mins later then the whole time she was working with me she was in full conversation with a friend-customer and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I wasn't sure if she was working with me or her. Very dissatisfied with her service because she didn't know where nothing was she was so distracted she couldn't focus on my sale. I now know 1/2 of her personal life and her vacation plans.

There was five sales associates in the store. Only the African American associated spoke and said someone would be with you shortly although she was a cross the room and a white associate was right at the door. The associate by the door was finished but instead of greeting me, she just stood there. I asked about the price of merchandise and she said it’s cheap and will break. I explained that I have spent several hundred dollars on spacers that have fallen off. She said there was nothing to do with loss merchandise. She said suggested another item and asked me to come to the back. She didn’t know the price nor where to find the price off the item I asked about. She asked another associate. I purchased the chain stopper and not the other item. She asked if I wanted her to put it on and I declined. She was already have trouble with her long nails. This was not a great experience because she was short, in a rush and not to knowledge.

The associate rushed thru my purchase as I was deciding and wanted to see 2 different bracelets. I was patient with her but I will not be returning.

I walked in the store and said hello to 2 salespersons and they did not respond, they just looked at me. once I got to counter, 1 of the salespersons that didn’t speak came to me to assist but still did not greet me at all! I asked can I buy a charm and have it shipped to customer as a gift and was told no (which is not true) and did not offer and alternative.

The initial approach by the assoc. after not communicating with me while I was in line asked “why didn’t you tell me you were here for pick up”. As a new customer, first time experiencing an in-store pickup how would I know. Secondly I purchased 9 things and she gave me attitude because I wanted each packaged separately. She got bags and put them in a bag to package myself. After not agreeing with that option she assigned another associate to me. Next, One of my items weren’t in stock, I asked to purchase a replacement for that item and I was told although I was still conducting my initial transaction I needed to get back in line to do that. Fortunately there was another associate that understood my gripe and volunteered to assist me sooner. If she was truly the manager, she needs customer service training. Lastly, although there’s more initially I called the store to see if I could get help in regards to the out of stock item in my order and I was told that I shouldn’t come give n the store just pick up the merchandise that I ordered because the store “had nothing” in regards to merchandise and I should try going online. Which I noticed wasn’t true once I arrived.

Need more 14k charm selections as well as Pendants for 14k necklace. Not enough 14karat gold available. Very limited online as well as catalog and instore.
