She didn’t afford me the credit card. The overall experience wasn’t good.

The sales team at this location were very short in answering questions. When I came into the store, I asked if they had a new charm and was told “no” without even looking... another associate overheard and corrected her, the store did in fact have that charm. Associates should advised before their shift about new items because had that other sales woman not stepped in, I would have just left the store and your company would have lost my $145 sale. In inquiring about gold charms, another associate said, “they are fizzling them out because they don’t sell” which is really disappointing to be told after investing in an all gold bracelet. Even if that’s the case, the answer was inappropriate. While viewing one of the displays, that same sales woman came over and switched it out before I even finished or without asking, which was strange. It felt to me like I was a burden on the associates, they didn’t seem happy to assist, like they just wanted to go home. As a manager in the hospitality industry, my overall impression was negative and I’d rather just shop online.

The service took too long. The sales associate rung up my purchase but the iPad she was using froze or something she had to redo the transaction but the other iPad would not allow the coupon I was using because she put it in on the other iPad. The computer system needs to be updated. Every Pandora I go too there is always an issue at checkout with the system.

The store was over crowded. None on the sales reps on the floor acknowledged the customers in a timely matter. The sales reps acted as if they have an attitude. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience.

We had a terrible experience with our sales associate, she was extremely rude with us . She was upset when I asked how much the charms were and she handed me a book. When I asked her to total the amount she looked at me and sighed . The icing on the cake was when she never thanked us for shopping at Pandora. I have spent a lot of money at Pandora over the years, not sure if we’ll go back or not. I can understand why people buy on the internet.

I purchased merchandise that was not put in my bag.. and now i have to drive back to Delaware from New Jersey to get it resolved.. I got a bumble bee charm and after I got home and checked my bag it was NOT with the rest of my merchandise. not good ..I also should have received an additional free limited edition bracelet that I did not receive....I am very unhappy that I paid for merchandise that I did NOT receive

The two charms I chose were listed in the case under one price, but when I was rung up they were both $10.00 more than in the case. I was told it was a mistake, they were in the wrong slot and was charged the full price.
