I went in to have my rings cleaned and they were kept overnight. At any other location I’ve had them cleaned, it took no more than ten minutes. The day after I received my ring back, the stone fell out of it and I was told there’s nothing they would do about it.

Was buying march birthstone necklace and earrings for my daughter. They only had the display left. Should have offered a discount. Then packaged necklace and earrings in one box that looks awful. Additionally interior of the box is black which makes the “aquamarine” look like glass. I am truly embarrassed to give this gift which costs $130 but looks like costume jewelry. Things have gone hill w pandora.

The lack of knowledge from the sales associate the sale associate talking to family members and kissing them on the sale floor while I was waiting to be served. I thankfully knew what I wanted to purchase she just had to get the product for me.

The sales representative Keyairra was unfriendly and did not provide quality automated service. Her tone and demeanor made me feel like she was agitated and didn’t want to help me. Then she told me that the ring I tried on was available but when I went to purchase she told me there wasn’t one on my size. I asked if I could have the display and it appeared as if she was agitated. But gave me the ring on display however she did not clean it nor offered a discount since it was on display (nothing major maybe 10%). She did not engage in any conversation or small talk during the whole transaction. It was noticeable by her co-worker who stated to her “why are you so mean?”

I had to wait for 20 minutes for assistance for a purchase that took about 90 seconds.

Was told i had an half hour wait and would get a text. Waited close to an hour and a half and received no text message

The sales associate were not very helpful or friendly. I did not feel be treated with respect.

I had purchase two locket and key bracelets in-store. The sales associate proceeded to grab 2 prepackaged gift sets but did not bother checking the boxes to see if there were actually bracelets inside. When I got home to my horor only one of the boxes was filled with a bracelet the other one completely empty.

Store would not not take a refund for on online order because they did not know how to look up. Manager very rude and condescending.
