Waited atleast a half hr to make my purchase. Manager had to call card company so I could pay because i didn't bring my card in. I hadto leave n go get my card after being convinced by n employee. Which i didn't appreciate. Once charged I was overcharged. Still haven't got my money back.

I when to the store because I bought a bracelet it turns dark and ugly they vean it and day nothing can be done the store manager was rude and not helpful at all I was expecting a replace or at least a discount in a new bracelet neither her actitud was very negative she never look a my face for apology nothing

I was trying to get a necklace replacement and because it broke and the associate kept telling that it wasn’t cover by the manufacture, she didn’t explain why and that A BROKEN NECKLACE WASNT A MANUFACTURE PROBLEM. I asked to talk to the manager and all what she did was tell that it was a clearance item that they didn’t have it anymore and that I should go to a outlet store. I wasn’t even talking to her and she turned around and went to the back of the store. That is disrespectful! She CANNOT just assume that I’m able to go to an outlet store, besides everytime I’ve done a complain about a replacement item in a outlet store they send me to the Christiana mall store. SO AM GONNA GO DOWN TO AN OUTLET STORE FOR THEM TO SEND ME BACK TO THE STORE I WAS IN? I could’ve said that to the manager if she wouldn’t had walked away on me.

I had wait in line for a hour. I watched the sales people move slowly and didn’t seem to care how long we were waiting. I saw people in line with me leave after waiting 45mins just to get a gift card. I was a loyal customer and have spent hundreds of dollars at your store but I will not be spending another more money with your company

The customer service at this store was horrible. They were not busy at all. When k walked in no one greeted me. Once I spoke the young lady barely opened her mouth. I asked her questions she barely responded. I went in to return a damaged bracelet and buy more charms . I did not buy more charms because of the customer service. The lady was so rude. She slid my box over to me and walked away. I asked her for a bag she act as if I was asking for too much. No good bye nothing. She needs customer service training. I just couldn’t believe how I was treated. All my previous visits at this store was amazing. However that was my last time ever coming to that store.

I feel like it is ALWAYS out of charms. I drink 2 hours from my home to go to this store and it is always low on stock. The staff great, store great, just ALWAYS low. And they said they never have Harry Potter charms in stock. So I thought I would then choose a different selection. Then they were low stock with that. Then I tried 3rd selection and guess what?! Low stock of that. And by low stock I don’t just mean low in stock of all charms I mean 1/10 charms do they have in that collection.

I will be returning to return merchandise. I love the bracelet that I got but the clasp is so tight I can’t close it on my wrist. Apparently with this specific bracket, they are all difficult to close. I have over 5 bracelets and this is the only one that I can’t close. I am so disappointed. The salesgirl was very nice but seemed to know this is an issue with this bracelet. The shell clasp doesn’t work correctly and now what do I do with the charms I bought for this pretty blue bracelet I had to return. 😭
