I purchased merchandise for Christmas for my wife. I bought ahead of time and was unaware of a 30day return/exchange. To me this is the most ridiculous policy. How am I supposed to purchase presents in advance for people if I'm scared they can't return or exchange it. Also she didn't like one of the pieces and wanted to exchange for a different ring and because of the stupid policy we are now stuck with a $165 ring that we won't do anything with. All they would do is give us a different size. I was supposed to get a "free" gift with the amount I spent on the online store and when we were looking at it I was charged $85 for a bracelet that was also too small but the store wouldn't do anything for that even though it was ordered the same day as the ring they did exchange. I will never spend another dime at pandora and I will make certain that everyone I know is aware of this story and warn them about my experience

Extremely poor customer service. Very inattentive to customers. Refused to check for merchandise I requested. Extremely terrible experience

The sales associates was more engaged into their own conversation. I’ve visited numerous stores and this customer service was the worst. I made the purchase anyway because I needed the charm for a gift.

Shanell needs to be trained with customer service skills. I had to ask every question imaginable regarding my purchase. She seemed to not want to be bothered with the aspects of her job. Additionally, I inquired about my Pandora bracelet and the faulty clasp and she degraded the company’s product and told me to call Corporate because she couldn’t assist me with my issue.

The same day after I purchased my ring I noticed a stone was missing. I did not hit the ring or anything.

I was not satisfied mainly for the fact that the associate who helped me was making fun of how small, little, and “tiny” my wrist was. Not only did it look at as if she was training someone new to the job, but she did it to my face. Blatantly where I could hear her. I feel as though comments about the customers should be kept to yourself because you never know what insecurities someone has.
