My cross dangle is cracked in half, per sales associate they’re not accepting any returns. All the items I wanted was not available. Service was very slow and they was doing car deliveries. Plus they didn’t apply my 40% coupon which I was told I could use over the telephone.

I just started buying charms 4 months ago I already have 20 charms and I been buying over the world Italy turky Israel and madrid and I bought one in Delaware USA and turned black I went to the store yesterday to ask for change or tell me what happen the sales person told she will ask the manager well manager didn’t check when I purchase the charm (I did in November 2019) and she said not possible change it for me Pandora is not using or selling products correctly in the brochure states warranty for 1 year and wringing because is not true this manager Amma for Christiana store I think she was rude and she didn’t read what Pandora states on the brochure she was not any intention to help it the sales associate apologized in behalf of Pandora I will make my request through the corporate people from Pandora and also I will follow my complaint in the media too thanks

I received 64 emails the following day after i was told that i would not receive any emails after my purchase.

I received a bracelet last year for my birthday or mothers day and the clasp broke. Because the sales person could not find the purchase on my family members email (I family members that purchase at Pandora) and it was a group gift I had to pay full price for another bracelet.

The sales team was not friendly or helpful. We stood in the store for over 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by any of the 3 sales associates. When finally noticed the woman was extremely pushy with additional products vs. just completing the initial sale.

acknowledged when entering the store but was not helped until I asked for it after at least 5mins. Assoc talked more to each other and i felt discriminated

Victoria V was VERY HELPFUL. Very nice young woman will go back to this Pandora and ask for her assistant.

The sales associate was not friendly and overcharged me for the item, making me have to return to the store

The item I wanted that was located in the brochure I received in the mail was not in the store and I was informed it was not in stock in any store (does not make sense why advertise what is not in inventory). Secondly, I spend 40 min. dealing with an invalid code why processing my sale. I asked if any of the miss transaction would be charged to my account I was told no that the system did not go through. When I checked my account I was charged $315 vs. just $105, it was later reversed. Not a good experience.
