The sales associate was very rude. She had no knowledge of the products, nor did she seek assistance with the product knowledge. When I came in with the exchangs, I felt as though they were looking for an excuse not to do any work. When I asked questions, Barbara and her manager were very reluctant to answer or give straight answers.
