My visit and purchase experience was exceptional. I do have a request of Pandora. Please begin carrying Star of David charms again. I have one from many, many years ago but would like one made in gold.

The customer representative that serviced us was amazing. We were adding to my Avengers bracelet and needed charm stoppers and she was able to find the ones that fit perfectly !!! She was very friend and quick without making us feel rushed.

The store is always so friendly and welcoming. You are always acknowledged when you enter the store. The sales associates are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I always leave satisfied.

To complete my bracelet

I placed an online order to be picked up in store. Once I got to the store Aliya greeted me with a great personality. She was very help for with helping me also pick out a charm for the bracelet I was getting.

My husband took me to Pandora to purchase 2 charms for my birthday. Connie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various charms that peaked my interest. She suggested a few charms in addition to what I was looking for and she nailed it!

My salesperson Janae was very knowledgeable of the products. She was the nicest salesperson of have met in a long time. This is my first purchase from Pandora and she answered all my questions. She was very patient with me and pleasant.

I knew what I was looking for and the salesman was very helpful with assisting me to make my choice from the selections . In addition, he offered to clean my bracket and charms that I was currently wearing.

I was looking for a birthday gift for my daughter. It was very hard to choose because of all the beautiful jewelry. My salesman was very patient and accommodating while I FaceTime my other two daughters for their opinion. I left with the gifts and jewelry for myself as well. Service and prices… amazing!!!!
