Alyssa R gave me excellent customer service, She went out of her way to help me. I had a problem getting approved for my credit card bc my credit was locked and she waited patiently for me to unlock it. She called the -800 number to see what they can do and I was approved for a credit card. Very lovely salesperson. She suggested that I buy the protected chain so that I don’t lose my bracelet again. She also advised my to buy the end guards so that my charms won’t fall off.

I was just in the mall walking around an decided to go in Pandora to see what new charms they had for my bracelet. The sales representative was very helpful an acknowledge able an gave in some insite on other larger Pandora's I could visit during my summer travel.

Didn’t even welcome us into the store. Employees just stared and continued the conversation. We’re recording each other. Acted like we were a problem being there.

It was nice to be serviced as soon as i walked in. the person who took care of me was very pleasant. the sale associates were very knowledgeabl.
