Pandora Jewelry

The reason I will not return to a Pandora is because I know the history. I only came because a friend wanted a charm for her bday.

The customer service was amazing, clerk was kind and offered nothing short of kindness the entire time. Ring was lovely second time purchasing from pandora will definitely return!!

The staff is very attentive if when they are with other customers. They acknowledge your presence and assure they will be with you asap (while servicing other customers). They recommend other items in the ream of things you are looking. They are friendly, and take their time with you while you are trying to figure out the perfect purchase!

She was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She was not pushy as a salesperson - explained the available promotions but left to us to make the decision(s). Above all, she served with a smile! Excellent!!

Friendliness of the custom services that I received… I had a new employee that was very customer oriented we had fun 🤩 i have a bracelet that was purchased from your outlet store that it took 4 associates to come over and try to get the bracelet open. Each person came and laughed!! I can’t get it off to clean and not to sleep or shower.. Had it for about 3 years before the pandemic 😷 and I brought it at an outlet in oxon hill md!! I had a fantastic experience in this store. I came in to cash in a birthday coupon and found such wonderful items. Dionne S was our associate and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to offer up suggestions on products to help me clean my jewelry and showed me a lovely jewelry box that I needed for all of my fabulous new (and old) pieces. I will ask for her every time I shop Pandora. Just a perfect experience all the way around.
