Customer service has always been very warm and inviting, and knowledgeable of the jewelry that I want to purchase. I like the free cleaning for my charms and bracelets. I love how jewelry is displayed Throughout the store to give me ideas of what to do with mine.

I am big on customer service. Have been i it for over 20 years. The sales rep greeted me when I walked in. She gave me her undivided attention. Nee exactly what I wanted when I explained the item. Showed me the proper way to open and care for the items. Top notch customer service!

I’ve bought a few Pandora charms on Amazon, it’s so hard to actually tell what they really look like, but visiting the Pandora store was a plus, I had a blast, & EVEN bought something for myself, BTW I went to the Pandora store to purchase a gift for my daughter
