I was highly satisfied with my sales associate. The only thing that I was not satisfied about was I purchase a bracelet that was damaged and I could return at your store because I bought it from an outlet store even though I brought it from the outlet the price was the exact same I didn’t understand why I had to go back to the outlet because I purchased merchandise from both stores and have been able to return it At either store

The store was clean. The staff were helpful. I did not have to wait. I was pleased with the items I got.

The sales associate was knowledgeable. The associate accommodated my wants & more. I bought a gift for my daughter because the associate was exemplary in her help to my wishes.

Salesperson came up to me and asked if she could help me without me having to ask. She was knowledgeable and courteous.

Giana J was very nice good customer service but every time I go in there all the staff is very very nice keep it up Christiana Pandora employees.

The one on one attention was great accompanied by the service given by Sophia, She was amazing and my first time every dealing with her and it will not be my last!!!! He attention to detail was simply amazing.
