The salesperson Marianne at the Christiana mall was so pleasant, helpful, friendly and patient. She took the time to really help me and treat me like a real person. She treated me with respect. There should be more salesperson like Marianne. Her service was exceptional.

I initially called the store before going to ask a few questions (telephone contact was pleasant). I was greeted warmly and assisted in a timely manner by Salesperson Gianna. She was knowledgeable about Pandora products. I was pleased with the outcome and would visit the store again.

Got my wife a new Pandora bracelet and the sales associate on the day of purchase the size ended up being too big and we were able to come in quickly and exchange it for a smaller size
