I had a return of a Pandora Bangle that I purchased online. The bangle was small and I went to the store to return it. They had it in stock and it was exchanged with ease. I love the selections provided online and in store and the flexibility to exchange items when needed. Thank you.

Store assistant was knowledgeable as to the questions I asked about the quality of the ring I was buying. The only problem was the ring didn’t come in a 6 and a half. It jumped from a size 6-7. I went online to purchase the size 6 and if it fits better than the 7 then I’ll take the size 7 back and it the 6 doesn’t fit I’ll return it and probably keep the 7. I really like the ring

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and received assistance right away. The selection was good. I also really liked some of the collections that was on display. the collections gave me new ideas for the future.
