I made a purchase online I work over night I bought in the summer by mistake forget to exchange my daughter bracelet but employee and 2 mngrs also asst very professional as well

The service was amazing !!! Manyah helped me find the perfect gifts for my mom and she cleaned the bracelet. She kept me laughing and smiling the whole time. Great customer service!!

There was a 25 min wait outside I needed to exchange and ended up getting 2 charms as well. Helpful staff. Although I dint get the charm that was displayed on window was put of stock
