I had an exchange for a larger size. I made my purchase 9 months ago. It was still in the original bag and box had not been worn. Although the exchange policy reads they they must be done in 30 days they let me exchange it which made me happy so I bought 2 more items

I had to purchase a replacement bracelet because one of my charms would not move. The bracelet was cut and the associate was patient while I removed the existing ones and replaced them in order. She was very nice.
